1. Subject of the Contract

1.1. The Seller agrees to provide travel services to the Buyer, as outlined in the itinerary or travel package selected by the Buyer.

1.2. The travel services may include, but are not limited to, flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation arrangements, tour packages, and other related services as agreed upon by both parties.

1. Booking and Payment

2.1. The Buyer agrees to provide the necessary information for booking the travel services, including but not limited to the names of travelers, travel dates, passport details, and any other required information.

2.2. The Buyer shall pay the total cost of the travel services as outlined in the invoice provided by the Seller. Payment terms, including the deposit amount and due dates, will be specified in the invoice.

2.3. In the event of any changes or modifications to the travel services after the booking is confirmed, the Buyer may be subject to additional charges or fees, as determined by the Seller.

1. Travel Itinerary and Modifications

3.1. The Seller will provide the Buyer with a detailed itinerary and confirmation of the travel services booked.

3.2. The Buyer acknowledges that the travel itinerary is subject to change due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller, such as airline schedule changes, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to inform the Buyer of any significant changes and provide suitable alternatives, if available.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. In the event of cancellation by the Buyer, refund eligibility and any applicable cancellation fees will be determined based on the terms and conditions of the travel service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) and the cancellation policy specified by the Seller.

4.2. The Seller will assist the Buyer in processing any applicable refunds, subject to the terms and conditions of the travel service providers.

1. Responsibilities and Liabilities

5.1. The Seller shall make reasonable efforts to ensure the provision of the agreed-upon travel services and the accuracy of the information provided to the Buyer. However, the Seller shall not be held liable for any disruptions, delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party travel service providers or unforeseen events beyond its control.

5.2. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the provided information, including passport details, travel dates, and any other relevant details. Any errors or omissions in the provided information shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.

1. Confidentiality and Data Protection

6.1. Both parties agree to treat any confidential information shared during the course of the transaction as confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling this Contract.

6.2. The Seller shall comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations when handling the Buyer's personal information and shall take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of such information.

1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
